Mr. Chaowei Yan, has been serving as our chief financial officer since December 2021. Mr. Yan has:

• 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Responsibility for overseeing our financial matters.

His prior experience includes:

• Auditor at KPMG Huazhen LLP from 2012 to 2014.
• Audit Manager at Ernest & Young Hua Ming LLP Shanghai Branch from October 2014 to May 2021.

Mr. Yan has been a member of The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2015. He obtained a master’s degree in strategic management from Shanghai International Studies University in 2012.
