Chaohua Sheng

Mr. Chaohua Sheng, has been serving as our chief technology officer since our inception and our director since December 2021. He has more
than 16 years of experience in the IC design industry and is responsible for overall management of research and development. Before founding the
Group, he served as the chief technology officer at Shanghai Freqchip Microelectronics Co., Ltd. from January 2014 to February 2018. He was a
research and development manager at OmniVision Technologies Co., Ltd. from July 2010 to April 2013. Mr. Sheng was a research and development
manager at Shanghai Accel Semiconductor Co., Ltd. from June 2005 to July 2010. He obtained a bachelor’s degree from Fudan University in 2002 and a
master’s degree in computer architecture from Fudan University in 2005.
